Innovative Solutions Canada Info Session

Innovative Solutions Canada (ISC) is a Government of Canada innovation program with over $140M to fund the scale-up and growth of Canadian small businesses.
The program has two streams:
The Challenge Stream targets early-stage innovations (technology readiness levels 1-4). Through this stream, Canadian innovators can compete on challenges issued by 20 participating departments and agencies. Innovators who apply can have their proofs of concept funded up to $150K. If the departments like what they see, the innovator could receive up to $1M in funding to develop a prototype!
The Testing Stream targets late-stage innovations (technology readiness levels 7-9). Through this stream, we buy innovative products and services and government departments test them in real-life settings. Innovators can apply to an open call for proposals, through which successful applicants receive up to $550k for non-military innovations, and up to $1M for military innovations.
